Asian Shrimp and Pork Filling Recipe

Doug DuCap
Here is a recipe that opens up a world of possibilities limited only by your imagination. This versatile Asian filling combines shrimp and pork with garlic, ginger, and scallion and can be used to fill dumplings, potstickers, wonton, spring rolls, and much more.

It can also be used in steamed buns, as mini meatballs in a soup, or made into patties for an exciting variation on the good old burger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped garlic

Cook's Notes:

  • You can use any size shrimp in this recipe, but Small or Medium work very well and are more economical than larger sizes.
