Yield: About 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 large scallions, coarsely chopped (white and green parts)
- 4 oz uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (see Cook's Note:)
- 4 ounces ground pork
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
Transfer the shrimp mixture to a bowl. Using a fork, combine the shrimp, pork, soy, and black pepper until thoroughly mixed.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups of Asian Shrimp and Pork Filling
Cook's Notes:- You can use any size shrimp in this recipe, but Small or Medium work very well and are more economical than larger sizes.
